Vineeth Vincent is a beatboxer, musician and emcee. He started off as an emcee in 2007, and in 2008 took his first step towards beat-boxing. Inspired by beatbox after seeing Blake Lewis on The American Idol, Vineeth took a one year break from his studies at Christ University to pay more attention to music and beat boxing. He spent a month at Mrinalini Sarabhai’s Darpana Academy of Performing Arts in Ahmedabad and experimented with the art form. By the end of the year he came back to Bangalore and has been beat boxing professionally ever since. The chance of failure did not stop this then 21-year old from beatboxing his way into the Book of World records. In January and February of 2011, he had the honour of directing 1246 people into the Guinness World Records™ and the “Limca Book of Records” respectively for the “World’s Largest Beatbox Ensemble”.

Vincent personally manages the band — All The Fat Children and co-founded a youth centric marketing solutions company called SideStep Solutions based out of Bangalore which is currently developing a commercial youth based art property called “Beatroute India” that focuses on finding the balance between being socially responsible as youth, artists and making a living doing what one loves doing.
