Unhappy with the way his life was going, he resigned from Oracle – one of the biggest software and hardware systems companies – and got into his own business to help out rural communities in India with better healthcare opportunities in a bid to improve their lives.

Monika Bhardwaj is the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) of the West District, being the second woman DCP in West District after Kiran Bedi. Monika was born in Sampla Village of Rohtak District, Haryana. After completing schooling from Rohtak, she did her graduation from Delhi University and started preparation for Civil Services. She is a third generation police officer from her family.
